Receptionist was rude when I told her why I wanted an appointment. Dr.Lai was ok. It would be nice to see the same doctor you seen before when it is for an ongoing problem

Not all of the receptionists are rude just one in particular maybe she needs training on her manner

I rang up for an appointment Receptionist found one which suited me in a couple of minutes

No the Receptionist and my Doctor were excellent

I have rang surgery a couple of times snd phone went dead when I called back I was 20+ in the queue and all appts gone last time I managed to get appt with 2 students which I have to say were very good

Put appointments back on line

Because can not get appointment I tend to no go because I think why bother when you carnt get appointment think there doing somit when your giving appointment

Some staff can be bit abrupt puts me off ringing
